In 1987, the United Nations World Commission on Environment and Development released the report Our Common Future, the report included a definition of “sustainable development” which is now widely used: Sustainable development is a development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Mind has always affirmed and adhered to this concept, we are continuously developing and improving our eco-friendly cards for a cleaner and greener future.
The environmentally friendly materials we advocate such as: Wood, BIO paper, degradable material etc.
Wood
We have various wood materials such as: Bamboo, cherry wood, basswood, black walnut, sapele, maple, white oak etc. Our wood cards-all Biodegradable environment friendly, can be 100% recyclable and designed to impress.
BIO Pape
Bio-paper card is a kind of forest free paper card, and its performance is similar to regular PVC. Bio-paper, which is made from natural resources. It’s newly promoted by MIND.
BIO Card/ECO Card: According to different ingredients, we divided them into 3 types: BIO Card-S, BIO Card-P, ECO Card.
BIO Card-S is made of a new material between paper and plastic. There will be no waste water, waste gas during production. The card can be naturally degraded after use and will not cause secondary white pollution, totally pollution-free.
Degradable Material
Bio Card-P is made of a new type of biodegradable material, whose raw material come from renewable plant fibers, corn and agricultural products, can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature after use. It is Toxic free and with much better performance than PVC.
ECO Card is made of environmentally friendly materials, after burning, only CO₂ and water are left, which can well protect nature and be recycled. Has good yellowing resistance and can withstand the corrosion of chemicals. lt does not contain bisphenol. Eco card can be used for more than 20 years.

We can not only provide eco-friendly card solutions, we’re also dedicated to providing numerous sustainable solutions, such as eco-friendly inks, packaging, treatments and equipment.
We are FSC® Chain-of-Custody certified for Bamboo slices, Mix wood veneer, Recycled paper. Chain-of-Custody certification is the identification of all production links of wood processing enterprises, including the entire chain from log transportation, processing to circulation, to ensure that the final product comes from certified and well-managed forests.
We are committed to PVC and paper waste recycling, improve and update equipment to increase raw material utilization.
Mind strictly manages production in accordance with environmental protection requirements, and strictly handles wastewater, waste gas, waste materials, etc. generated by production in accordance with environmental requirements.
For the wastewater generated by production, Mind adopts the wastewater recycling method to treat the wastewater, purifies it through professional equipment and reuses it for secondary use. The catalysts and compounds generated during the equipment purification process are regularly transported and processed by professional third-party companies; the waste gas generated by production is discharged once meeting the emission standards after passing through catalytic combustion equipment; the waste materials generated by production will be placed in a special storage room in accordance with environmental protection requirements, and will be regularly transferred and processed by professional third-party companies.
The factory’s production workshops and canteen all use low-noise facilities and take vibration reduction measures to ensure that noise and vibration meet the social living environment noise and vibration emission standards. Energy-saving equipment, such as energy-saving lamps and water-saving appliances, are used to reduce energy consumption and resource waste. In order to prevent plastic products from polluting the land, water and air, we never provide or use disposable plastic tableware and packaging boxes in the factory canteen.
