Recently, the Liangjiang New District held the topping-out ceremony of the first batch of CCCC smart parking complexes
and the groundbreaking ceremony of the second batch of projects. By the end of next year, nine smart parking complexes
(parking lots) will be added in the central urban area, and the first two will be put into use by the end of the year. The two
smart parking complexes, Lijia and Qibo, which were topped out on the same day, are respectively located near Lijiatian
Street and Qibo Liuyun Road in Longhu, covering a total area of 32,000 square meters, with a construction area of 82,300
square meters and providing nearly 2,000 parking spaces , including more than 1,000 parking spaces in the Qibo Smart Parking
Complex. Both projects are invested, constructed and operated by China Communications Heavy Investment, and constructed
by China Communications Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., which will be put into use by the end of this year.
“Compared with traditional parking lots, the smart parking complex can increase the number of parking spaces by about 40%
under the same area.” Feng Guoguo, head of the project construction of China Communications Heavy Investment Lijia Auto
Expo, said that each complex introduces fully automated logistics and warehousing technology. Set up an all-robot intelligent
parking system, integrate three-dimensional parking technologies such as planar movement (PPY) and parking robot (AGV)
with technologies such as intelligent construction, intelligent operation and maintenance, and big data, and combine three-dimensional
parking with self-propelled parking through robot planar movement In this way, the operation visualization of the complex can be realized,
and the parking lot can monitor the operation status of each parking resource in real time.
According to reports, different from traditional parking lots, in addition to smart parking, the complex will also use limited space to develop
a variety of consumer formats, realizing parking and life experience, car consumption, business facilities, sports and leisure, and public services.
The overall linkage builds a smart parking 4.0 ecosystem. That is to say, once a citizen parks a car, they can realize one-stop convenient life such
as shopping and dining in the complex, as well as automatic charging and automatic payment, creating a diversified and high-quality
“parking +” urban consumption scene.
