Using ZTE communication chips, support 7 pattern 15 frequency brands 4G network, in case of 4G network instability, it can automatically switch to the 2/3G network to ensure that the equipment is constantly connected, and automatically switch to the 4G network when the 4G network is restored.

Main Function Description

Support multiple protocol

TCP-ZSD / UDP-ZSD

Base on Mind packing  TCP/UDP pattern. The SKD package provide by us support multiple programming language development environment, user can easily visit data center without care about the complex network protocol . support static IP,dynamic domain,APN private network.

HTTP protocol

The HTTP protocol can be used as an HTTP client for data transmission and bidirectional communication with the HTTP server to simplify the development difficulty. Using THE HTTP protocol, when the serial port has data to be sent, it establishes a connection with the server and submits the DTU ID and collected data packet to each HTTP server through HTTP post or HTTP get. In this way, the data collected by DTU can be directly displayed on the WEB side.

Virtual Serial Port Function

Using virtual serial port technology, it is possible to establish a high-speed 4G wireless connection between a serial port device and a host computer in the data center through DTU and make a virtual wired connection, which is compatible with the original serial port program of the user device.  

Local/Remote Upgrade

support remote configuration parameters and upgrade firmware at monitor center,the device will work as usual when upgrading remotely. Script programming overturns the traditional DTU, which only has the function of data transmission, and turns MDD3411 into a  DTU device with acquisition function.

different from the DTU before, MDD3411 support script automatic acquisition function. Using script instruction, users can define the data acquisition flexibly, greatly reduces hardware costs.

Defining the local acquisition action flexible

The custom script can realize the automatic acquisition of external sensor and instrument data by DTU without the need for the user to add controller separately.DTU timing automatic acquisition can be realized through the script instruction to configure DTU, which greatly reduces the acquisition hardware cost.The script realizes the basic functions of switch control, delay control, instruction issuing, circulation control, reporting control, inserting custom message header, and whether to accept the change of baud rate of instrument response, etc., which can meet the acquisition requirements of most instruments.

MDD3411 adopts advanced patch technology

With port overcurrent, overvoltage, anti-reverse connection and anti-surge protection, industrial-grade quality, stable operation at -40~85℃;If the wire connection is unexpectedly reversed and the port is short-circuited, the device will not be damaged, and it can be used normally after reconnecting.
