According to a CCTV13 news report, the CK262 all-cargo flight of China Cargo Airlines, a subsidiary of China Eastern Airlines, arrived at Shanghai Pudong Airport on April 24, carrying 5.4 tons of photoresist.
It is reported that due to the impact of the epidemic and the high transportation requirements, chip companies were once unable to find a suitable flight to deliver the required photoresist to Shanghai.
Under the coordination of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Transportation, China Eastern Logistics has established a special aviation logistics support transportation team to provide a complete set of logistics solutions covering air trunk transportation and
fast customs clearance services. On April 20 and April 24, the project was successfully completed. Two batches of photoresist with a total of 8.9 tons of photoresist were transported by air to solve the continuity needs of the supply chain of key chip companies.
Note: Photoresist refers to the resist etching film material whose solubility changes through irradiation or radiation of ultraviolet light, electron beam, ion beam, X-ray, etc. Photoresists are mainly used in fine pattern processing operations such as display panels, integrated circuits and semiconductor discrete devices.
