RFID smart asset management platform

The value of fixed assets is high, the service cycle is long, the use place is scattered, and the account, card and material are inconsistent; Misuse of office computers for other purposes, access to the Internet, illegal outreach events, easy to cause the risk of data or information disclosure; It is difficult to accurately achieve the use of physical objects, supervision, change, replacement, depletion, inventory and cleaning.

In response to the above problems, the People’s Court of Xinyi City has developed an RFID smart asset management platform under the guidance of the higher court. The platform realizes the visual management of the whole life cycle of assets through four processes: asset procurement, asset use, asset retirement and statistical analysis.

Through the construction and application of RFID smart asset management platform, intelligent supervision of internal fixed assets is realized. The system uses radio frequency identification technology to manage and track the fixed assets inside the unit. By attaching RFID tags to the fixed assets, the assets can be identified and tracked wirelessly. Using RFID reader to read RFID tag information remotely and in real time, using 3D GIS and asset displacement identification algorithm to realize visual asset flow management, asset mobile monitoring and early warning, asset statistical analysis and other management needs, and then seamlessly connect asset procurement, warehousing, registration, receiving, repair, inventory, scrapping and other business scenarios.
